1. We are pleased to announce to you that effectively from 1st October, 2012, we shall merge with KENWOOD ELECTRONIC (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD and shall thereafter be known as JVCKENWOOD MALAYSIA SDN BHD (hereinafter referred as a newly merged company).
2. All dealings, communications, liasing, counter references, sales & services and correspondence pertaining to our business shall be dealt directly by the newly merged Company and shall no longer be handle by us effectives from the above date.
3. All our rights, titles and interests pertaining to all matters concerning our Company's business (inclusive of Sale and Services) shall be transferred accordingly to the newly merged Company and thereafter the newly merged Company shall deal, liase, contact and/or correspondence directly with you.
4. We are honoured and pleased to inform you that we had an excellence business relationship with you over the years and hope that the said relationship shall continue with the newly merged company for the betterment of business endeavour. With the above merger we sincerely hope that our new business venture will bring us to a greater heights in our business development and future success.
